At Naway Supps, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the terms, shipping costs, and delivery times for all regions we ship to.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Within Luxembourg:

Standard shipping: 6.50 € per order.
Free shipping: For orders of 50 € or more.

To other European countries:

Standard shipping: 12.50 € per order.
Free shipping: For orders of 100 € or more.

We currently deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Excluded Locations

Shipping is not available to the following islands:

French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Réunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon, St. Barthélemy & St. Martin.
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla.
Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated, orders are processed and shipped within the following timeframes:

Within Luxembourg: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
To other European countries: Delivery within 3-10 business days.

Please note:

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together based on the longest delivery time unless otherwise agreed.
