Our Simple & Healthy Berry Crumble is the perfect balance of taste and nutrition, packed with protein and whole ingredients to fuel your body while satisfying your cravings.

Ingredients:

For the Crumble Topping:

30g oat flour

30g coconut oil, melted

20g protein powder (vanilla flavour works best)

30g almond or peanut butter

2 tbsp erythritol (or sweetener of choice)

1 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of salt

15ml plant milk (almond, oat, or soy)

For the Base:

200g frozen berries (mixed berries work great)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Prepare the crumble topping: In a bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, nut butter, erythritol, cinnamon, salt, and plant milk. Stir until the mixture forms a crumbly dough.

3. Place the frozen berries in an oven-safe dish. Evenly distribute the crumble mixture over the berries.

4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.

5. Serve & enjoy: Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve with your favourite yogurt for an extra creamy and satisfying treat.

Customization Tips

- Make it extra crunchy – Add chopped nuts or seeds to the crumble mix.

- Experiment with flavours – Try different protein powder flavours for a fun twist, like chocolate or cinnamon roll.
