Creamy, refreshing and packed with plant-based protein, this Raspberry & Vanilla Smoothie Bowl is the perfect summer breakfast or post-workout meal. The frozen raspberries give it a fresh, slightly tangy taste, while our Protein+ Vanilla adds a smooth vanilla flavour and a proper protein boost.
Ingredients
For the smoothie bowl:
- 1 frozen banana
- 150g frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop Protein+ Vanilla Ice Cream
- 100–150 ml unsweetened almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup, optional
- A squeeze of lemon juice, optional but nice for freshness
Toppings:
- Fresh raspberries
- Blueberries
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
- Almond butter or peanut butter
- Optional: vanilla powder or cacao nibs
How to make it
Add the frozen banana, frozen raspberries, protein powder, plant milk, chia seeds and optional sweetener to a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy. Start with less liquid and only add more if needed. For the best smoothie bowl texture, it should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Pour into a bowl and add your toppings. Finish with a drizzle of almond butter, fresh berries, granola and coconut flakes.
Enjoy immediately.
