These Chocolate Fudge Protein Balls are rich, chocolatey, and dangerously easy to keep reaching for. Made with chocolate protein powder, dark chocolate, peanut butter, and pecans, they’re perfect for meal prep, a quick afternoon snack, or something sweet that still helps support your protein intake.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • A pinch of salt

Method

Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well.

Then add the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, flaxseeds, and salt. Mix until a dough starts to form.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped pecans, then roll into evenly sized balls.

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Enjoy straight from the fridge.
